This website exposes the ministry of Pastor Charles Nottage, BFM Children's Ministry and the Children's Ministerial team. Pastor Charles is the Pastor of the Ministry of Child-Care Development & Training at Bahamas Faith Ministries Fellowship for the past 33 years under the leadership of Drs. Myles Munroe and Richard Pinder until the time of their recall in November 2014. The New Senior Pastor is Dr. David Burrows.
This website will also provide resources and opportunities for networking of children's ministers. Further, a Blog is provided for the encouragement of those working in children's ministry. Several pages of photos and videos have been provided to expose various children's ministry areas.

Children are like wet cement - you can mold them into the persons God wants them to be. You have to put the right materials into a building to make it strong and last through rain, hail or storm. Children's Ministers assist parents in this awesome job of raising righteous seed to expand the Kingdom of God.
